My Crazy Awesome List of Whole30 Resources!

Oh my goodness!  I didn't expect to receive such an overwhelming response to my January Whole30.  So far there are 22 of us in the FB support group and I have another FB-boycotting friend who is participating too.  I'm so excited!

I know the Whole30 can be pretty intimidating at first, so I decided to help ease everyone into it by compiling a huge list of resources!  A crazy awesome list, to be specific ;)

  • Large salad with whatever protein and veggies you have on hand topped with oil & vinegar
  • For a quick/lazy side, you can always pop a sweet potato in the microwave and top it with salt, pepper, and coconut oil

Snacks:
  • Fresh fruit
  • Larabars (check the ingredient list)
  • Carrots and bell peppers w/guacamole and salsa
  • An avocado

  1. What an amazing list of resources!
I don't think I am ready to commit to something like Whole30 - I find it so intimidating! But good luck :)

    1. Yes the Whole30 can definitely be intimidating, but I always just try to think that everything will still be there after the 30 days! I also only did 21 days for my first one (on purpose, I didn't quit)... so you could always ease in with a Whole21, 14, or even 7!
