Sleep (Last Night): 9.5 hours!
Workout: Today was definitely a rest day.
Thoughts: I felt so refreshed getting that much sleep! I didn't feel very hungry in the morning, so I decided to skip breakfast. We didn't end up eating lunch until around 1:30 but I wasn't starving beforehand. I spent the entire day outside sunbathing with Puddin', reading, and hanging with friends. It was lovely.
After dinner I was craving a treat so I decided to have some banana soft serve! It probably counts as sex with your pants on (SWYPO) in the Whole30 program, but if eating frozen bananas is wrong then I don't want to be right!
Banana Soft Serve
- Peel a ripe banana (the more ripe, the sweeter) and place in the freezer
- When the banana is frozen take out and mash (or put in your food processor if you're fancy)
- Top with shredded coconut, coconut cream, blueberries, strawberries, walnuts, etc.
- Enjoy your banana "ice cream"
