I'm struggling with my 30 days of s...I feel ya. I'm struggling with my 30 days of sweat challenge (missed about 5 days already!) and have been feeling kinda crappy and down on myself about it. I think I might just throw in the towel on striving for perfection this month and try again next month. <br /><br />In the end, challenging yourself is how you learn and grow. The fact that you're putting it out there and trying is more than most can say! I'm also seeing significant changes in body comp during my Whole30, which is encouraging. Anyway, my point is that while it stinks to have the bloated ick feeling, you know what to do to feel great too.
